Code of Conduct

How'd like everybody to play our game :

  • We encourage all players to treat others with kindness and respect, as they would like to be treated themselves.

  • It's important to offer assistance to new players who may be struggling with the game, by explaining concepts and providing tips for improvement.

  • Have fun playing the game together. Competitive play with high-adrenaline is awesome. Remember that losing can also be (extra) fun for the other team.‎ ‎

When you observe this code of conduct not being adhered to,
  what actions should be taken

We've got a limited number of moderators, and even though they drink a ton of coffee[☕️], they can't be everywhere at the same time. When you spot something inappropriate, the action you take depends on how serious the issue is.

Reporting an issue: ‎ If you come across something serious that needs to be reported, you can do so by selecting "report" from the dropdown menu in the support-tickets section.

Be a hero: ‎ ‎ If you witness someone being a bully, step in and be their superhero. You can publicly call out the bad behavior or privately message the person and give them a pep talk.

Section A - Treat one another with kindness and respect

  • In this part, you'll find stuff that's not super precise and usually not a big deal in small amounts; they're also things folks might accidentally do. Although they can be reported sometimes, talking and teaching will lead to a better outcome.‎ ‎

1. We are a community‎ ‎ ‎: It is essential to show respect towards all members of the community. ‎ ‎ ‎ Harassing or provoking any community member, whether they are developers or contributors, is not tolerated. ‎Deliberately making untrue accusations to get a player kicked out of the game ‎ ‎or lobby is considered abusive behavior. We acknowledge that errors can ‎ occur, ‎and no one is aware of everything happening in every match the ‎‎participate in.

2. Harassment or bullying‎ ‎ : Saying "it was just a joke" does not excuse this either; it's only a joke if all ‎ parties find it funny‎ ‎(including 3rd parties if it’s in a public situation). Harassment includes flaming players for using strategies which may seem ‎subjectively

Section B - Rules for us all to have fun

  • The rules are clearer and reporting is an appropriate initial response. If a moderator observes any of these occurrences, they will probably issue a formal warning as the first step.

1. Inappropriate topics‎ ‎:

  • Promoting illegal or harmful subjects, such as gambling, drug use, self-harm, and cryptocurrency scams, is unacceptable. While some of these topics may be suitable for discussion in designated areas, this platform is primarily intended for gaming and is not an appropriate venue for such conversations.

2. Discrimination‎ ‎:

  • Discrimination based on someone's identity or characteristics is never acceptable, whether through words or actions such as excluding them from activities. ‎ ‎

  • It may be justifiable to discriminate in response to inappropriate behavior, but caution must be taken to avoid vigilantism. ‎ ‎

  • Abuse, particularly in specific circumstances or contexts, should never be tolerated.

    3. Offensive names‎ ‎ :

  • It is important to ensure that nicknames and clan tags are not offensive or inappropriate. ‎ ‎

  • Impersonating other players or real-life figures is strictly prohibited. ‎ ‎

  • Any account found violating these rules will be suspended until the offending name is changed.

 Section C - Unacceptable behaviour

  • These items are considered entirely inappropriate and may not always lead to a warning initially, but in certain instances, they could result in an immediate permanent ban. Due to the seriousness of these items, it is advised to report them promptly and consider opening a support-tickets for the moderation team to address the issue promptly.

1. Malicious behaviour : If you're being mean to players or the game team, that's not cool. We love feedback, but constant whining and spreading false info just to make us look bad? Not cool. And hey, don't go stealing credit for stuff you didn't even do in the game. We put in a lot of work for free, so don't try to take that away from us.

2. Hacking : Trying to sneak into someone else's account or mess with the game system is a big no-no.If you identify a vulnerability by mistake please take care to not exploit it, instead speak to the developers, we'd be very happy to learn about the vulnerability

3. DoxxingDisclosing : personal or identifiable details of another player that they have not shared themselves is strictly prohibited.4. Ban EvadingIf you have received a ban, refrain from attempting to create a new account to circumvent it. Additional accounts will also be banned, and repeated violations will lead to increased punishment.

We hope you never need to visit/read this page, because that would mean everybody already understands that being nice is simply awesome.
